Ling Ling, Tai

Cultural Psychologist

Since 2005, Ling Ling is a seasoned Learning and Development Professional, with a passion in supporting leaders and teams in leveraging diversity, developing intercultural skills, and cultivating inclusive workplaces. Her lifelong work spans across 21 countries and across various industries such as manufacturing, technology, travel and non-profit. Having lived and worked in 6 countries, she believes that openness, compassion and inclusion creates thriving and engaging workplaces.

She is a certified Cultural Intelligence Professional and an Intercultural Dialogue Facilitator. She is a member of the British Psychology Society (BPS) and the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology (IACCP). Academically, Ling Ling pursued a B.Eng in Electronics in Malaysia and later obtained an MSc in Psychology in the UK. Currently, she is pursuing a Masters in Psychology of Intercultural Relations in Lisbon, Portugal.
